Exhibitor booth space is provided for promotional purposes only to an anticipated audience of over 12,000 people. Selling of product or services is prohibited. Upon receipt of your completed packet, you’ll receive a thank-you email acknowledging your tax-deductible payment and confirming your booth space. In May, an Exhibitor Arrival Packet, complete with all the details you’ll need for the day’s event, will be emailed to you.
Carlsbad Beach Fest™ runs from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 9, 2012. Exhibitors will be asked to arrive between 6 and 7:15 a.m. and will be escorted by beach vehicles to and from pre-determined areas on the beach. Volunteers will help set up booth spaces by 8 a.m. In order to ensure the safety of all participants and the public, strict arrival and departure and parking instructions will be enforced. Break down will be staggered and begin at 3 p.m. The event will take place rain or shine; no refunds awarded past March 30.
